Lisa Goeppner, RN – Health Center Manager

Lisa Goeppner is the Health Center Manager at Insight Health Center, bringing over 19 years of combined experience in surgical nursing and healthcare leadership. She spent 14 years in perioperative nursing across general, orthopedic, gynecology, urology, colorectal, open heart, thoracic, and vascular specialties. Lisa then served 5 years as Director of Nursing at a non-opioid interventional pain management outpatient center, where she focused on innovation, safety, and patient-centered care. Since joining Premise Health in 2024, she has been dedicated to delivering exceptional clinical quality while supporting staff engagement and operational excellence.

Originally from Chicago, Lisa has called Arizona’s East Valley home since 2006. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking and supporting animal rescue initiatives.


Fredy Olaya Jr., FNP-C - Nurse Practitioner

Fredy Olaya is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. He has both a Bachelor's of Science degree in Nursing from Grand Canyon University, as well as a Bachelor's of Science degree in Molecular & Cellular Biology from the University of Arizona.

With a career spanning over 17 years in health care, Fredy began his nursing career at St. Joseph's Hospital & Medical Center in Phoenix, AZ. He spent 13 years there gaining invaluable experience in various health care areas, focusing on critical care, emergency, and trauma. During his time there, he was awarded the Daisy Award for Extraordinary Nurses & the Dignity Health Acts of Human Kindness Award. At the onset of the COVID pandemic, he was recruited by the Phoenix V.A. Health Care System to create and implemented the emergency medical response team, which was instrumental in the early identification of critically ill veterans. He was awarded the Department of Veteran'’ Affairs Certificate of Appreciation for his contributions during the pandemic and for his 3 years of service.

Fredy obtained his master's degree in nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Phoenix, graduating at the top of his class in 2022. He began his career as a nurse practitioner in the urgent care setting, treating a variety of acute conditions, as well as the occasional chronic disorders. Fredy is passionate about patient-centered care with a focus on preventative medicine. He strives to empower his patients through education & lifestyle changes, assisting them in reaching their healthcare goals.

Fredy enjoys staying active, spending his free time hiking, running, cycling, and the occasionally triathlon. His true passion is spending time with his wife, two girls, and his Great Danes.


Cassandra Almefty, FNP, DNP – Nurse Practitioner

Cassandra is a dedicated and experienced healthcare professional with over 17 years in the field. In 2007, received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), laying the foundation for a successful career in healthcare. Since 2013, has been a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, beginning her career in pain management and delivering compassionate, patient-centered care. Cassandra has worked for Premise Health since 2014. She has a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from Arizona State University, demonstrating a strong commitment to advanced clinical practice, leadership, and evidence-based care. Known for building strong patient relationships, promoting health education, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.

Outside of her professional role, she enjoys hiking, reading, and spending quality time with her two daughters and husband. She is also passionate about exploring national parks, seeking new adventures, and connecting with nature. These activities help her maintain a balanced and mindful approach to both her personal and professional life.


Lynn Lanza, MS, RD, CDE.png

Lynn Lanza, MS, RD, CDE – Registered Dietician/Certificed Diabetes Educator

Lynn has been a Registered Dietitian for 15 years and a Certified Diabetes Educator for 10 years. She started here at Insight in 2016 and worked until 2018 when she had her daughter. Lynn took one year off to stay home with her daughter but has returned to Insight Health Center. Lynn took one year off to stay home with her newborn daughter but returned to Insight Health Center and has been on staff since 2019.

Lynn Received her Undergraduate Degree from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale (SIUC) in Human Nutrition and Dietetics. She went on to achieve her Master's in Nutrition with a focus on Community Nutrition from SIUC with her Master's thesis work on a prevention program for adolescents at risk for Type 2 Diabetes.

Lynn previously sat on the Arizona Board of the American Association of Diabetes Educators for 2 years. She previously worked at Harrison Medical Center in the Seattle area where she specialized in Diabetes and Oncology. Prior to that, Lynn worked at the Student Health Center at Oregon State University where she developed her passion for fun and creative nutrition outreach.

Lynn's professional passions include diabetes care along with helping patients achieve a healthier relationship with food and their health. Outside of work, Lynn enjoys staying active through running, weightlifting, cycling, hiking in order to keep up with her two young daughters. She also enjoys cooking and enjoying time outside in the beautiful Arizona sunshine.
